The Challenges + Goals

Here's what Amber had to say about what she was struggling with before working together:

I had been in business for just over 6 months and had Dubsado since the beginning but was currently doing everything manually and had no idea how to setup automations and workflows, so felt like I was wasting money by not utilizing it correctly and to its fullest potential.

I had the platform explained to me twice by the business strategist I worked with and despite my best efforts it just went completely over my head. I wanted to have it up and running but with how busy I was as a college student, full-time athlete and business owner, I didn't have the time to sit down and learn how to build out my workflows myself. This was absolutely causing some anxiety and overwhelm that I knew needed to be alleviated.

The Work

I translated all of Amber's former Google documents into forms and created the designs using Canva to make them on brand including her fonts, colors and images. We personalized her client portal where clients now could feel welcome and have all their assets in one place. She didn't have a proposal prior, so bringing this into her client journey will help convert more leads into clients with testimonials, FAQs and walk-thrus of her packages. I also customized canned emails with her brand voice throughout her entire process to easily personalize when necessary, package templates and payment schedules to get paid on time every time, appointment schedulers to make scheduling meetings effortless, and thoughtful automated workflows for ALLL of her services including different levels of social media strategy and management.
