I’m Angela Munoz, a 30-something year old living my best life in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband, Abundio, our sweet girl, Winslow Adair, and baby boy, Abundio Jr "Dio", and our (now RIP) wild German Shorthaired Pointer fur child, Knox.
For over the past decade, I helped open and have been the operational director of my husband's boutique fitness studio where we've grown a reputation for redefining the fitness experience with luxe client care and pioneering service offerings.
Opening it with zero business experience at the age of 21 was no easy feat and there was lots of learning things the hard way. While I loved what we did, I found myself burnt out and wondered if I would ever escape the working non-stop lifestyle. I realized that just because I was capable of wearing all the hats, didn't mean I should. So, I found systems and tools to do the heavy lifting for me that allowed me to focus on my zone of genius - operations and client experience.
Now, it runs itself on autopilot and is incredibly successful, so I've made it my mission to help creative service-based female founders like you to create a life and business you love.
