The Challenges + Goals

Here's what Dawn had to say about what she was struggling with before working together:

I was soooo old school in my back end systems such as sending paper contracts and manually recreating and doing everything (even my income/expenses) and needed a better system. I purchased Dubsado a few months ago after loving the ease of using it when booking my doula and have yet to set it up. I’d love to get it up and running but with two little ones and a limited nap window to myself it’s challenging to do that and other business stuff, especially as I head into the busy season. I wanted to hand it off to someone else who could get me up and going in automating emails and having everything online for easier booking and tracking for clients and myself.

The Work

Since Dawn was still doing everything manually, we created everything from scratch - from her online inquiry form, to proposal templates, contracts, canned emails personalized with her brand voice throughout her entire process, package templates and payment schedules to get paid on time every time, appointment schedulers to make scheduling meetings effortless, and thoughtful automated workflows for ALLL of her services including wedding, event, birth and portrait photography.
